1 Boil Rinse rice packets, then boil with water covering rice packets while turning it over and over. (The rice packets can expand up to 4 x the original size, ensure the pot size used have sufficient space for rice packets to expand). You may add water during intervals to assure the water level is always covering the rice packets.
2 Dice Drain the rice when it's cooked. Leave it to cool for 2-3 hours before cutting into cubes. For immediate serving, cool it fin the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
